职业教育就是为企业培养人才,必须与企业、行业的需求相结合。本文简要分析了职业教育烹饪专业西点实操课程教学改革的必要性,就行业需要和人才需求制定相关的措施。
Vocational education is to train personnel for the enterprise must be combined with the needs of enterprises and industries. This article briefly analyzes the necessity of the teaching reform of West Point practical course of vocational education and cooking specialty, and formulates relevant measures on the needs of industry and talents.
