本文讨论一种旋转机械故障诊断系统数据库的计算自学习方法.该法能使计算机在长期的运行实践中,自动识别和跟踪被监测机组工作参数的改变,从而大大增强了故障诊断系统的适应性.本文将最小?乘法应用于计算机自学习,并以“MMMD-1”的模糊诊断系统为例,介绍了这种方法的原理和应用.计算结果表明,该法对初值稳定.
This paper discusses a computing self-learning method of the database of rotating machinery fault diagnosis system, which can make the computer automatically recognize and track the change of working parameters of the monitored unit in the long-term operation practice, thus greatly improving the adaptability of the fault diagnosis system In this paper, the least square multiplication method is applied to computer self-learning, and the principle and application of this method are introduced by taking the fuzzy diagnosis system of “MMMD-1” as an example.The calculation results show that the method is stable to initial value.
