为了了解我省医院后勤管理人才的现状,研究后勤人才的选拔和培养等问题,我们采用随机抽样的办法对全省41个县以上医院(含中医院)进行了问卷式调查,现结合调查结果谈谈我们的看法.
In order to understand the current situation of hospital logistics personnel in our province and to study the selection and training of logistics personnel, we adopted a random sampling method to conduct questionnaire surveys on hospitals in 41 provinces and above (including Chinese hospitals) across the province.
