目的:观察大承气汤对兔内毒素休克血清溶菌酶活性的影响。方法:血清溶菌酶活性的测定采用分光光度法,测定波长为520nm。结果:静脉注射大肠杆菌毒素(40μg/Kg)的家兔血清溶菌酶活性较生理盐水对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。经大承气汤(10ml/kg)口服给药预防3d,治疗2d的家免,血清溶菌酶活性较内毒素模型组明显降低(P<0.05),而接近正常水平。结论:大承气汤通过其消炎、抗菌、抑制内毒素吸收及稳定细胞膜等作用使溶菌酶活性恢复正常
Objective: To observe the effect of Dachengqi Decoction on serum lysozyme activity in rabbit endotoxin shock. Methods: Serum lysozyme activity was measured by spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 520 nm. RESULTS: The serum lysozyme activity of rabbits injected with E. coli toxin (40μg/Kg) was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). After Dachengqi Decoction (10ml/kg) was orally administered for 3 days, the serum lysozyme activity was significantly lower (P<0.05) than that of the endotoxin model group after being treated for 2 days. Conclusion: Dachengqi Decoction restores normal lysozyme activity through its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and endotoxin absorption inhibition and stabilization of cell membranes.
