近年来,我国经济不断发展,职业教育越来越受到社会的关注,现如今的职业教育已然是我国教育发展系统中的重要部分,并且随着社会的推进,职业教育发展框架已经初具雏形。但是,中等职业学院学生在毕业之后,会进入到高等职业学院,这个过程的衔接仍然存在问题,严重则会影响到学生未来的发展方向。文章将会以汽车技术服务与营销专业作为基础,对中国现有市场进行研究,基于企业对此专业人才的需求特点,系统地分析中等职业教育与高等职业教育的衔接状况,并对“3+2”培养模式进行详细的介绍,相信在未来的发展中,此种培养模式将会更具竞争优势。
In recent years, with the continuous development of economy in our country, vocational education has drawn more and more attention from the society. Today’s vocational education is already an important part of our country’s education development system. With the promotion of society, the framework of vocational education development has taken shape. However, after graduating from secondary vocational school, students will enter the higher vocational college. There are still problems with the convergence of this process, which will seriously affect the future development direction of the students. The article will be based on automotive technology services and marketing professionals to study the existing market in China, based on the characteristics of the demand for the professionals in this field, a systematic analysis of the convergence of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education, and “3 +2 ”training mode, I believe that in the future development, such training mode will be more competitive.
