本文对38例不同组织学类型卵巢癌血清标本进行了淀粉酶(AMY)和乳酸脱氢酶(LD)同工酶实验分析。结果是:浆液性卵巢癌和粘液性及管状腺癌血清中唾液型淀粉酶(SAMY)明显增高;LD同工酶的LD1、LD3增高与卵巢肿瘤性质及卵巢癌淋巴结转移密切相关。
In this paper, 38 cases of different histological types of ovarian cancer serum samples were analyzed by amylase (AMY) and lactate dehydrogenase (LD) isozymes. The results showed that the serum salivary amylase (SAMY) was significantly increased in serous ovarian cancer and mucinous and tubular adenocarcinoma. The increased LD1 and LD3 of LD isozymes were closely related to the nature of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer.
