酒精摄入增加了意外事故发生及脑损伤的危险。有资料表明成年脑损伤中有50%病人伤前有饮酒史。以前的研究主要集中在神经病理,行为及死亡率方面。此项研究着重探讨呼吸功能的影响。实验猪分单纯饮酒精组(EtOH),单纯液压脑损伤组(TBI)脑损伤加酒精摄入组(EtOH/TBI)。脑液压损伤时动物呈轻—中度酒精中毒。实验发现脑损伤3小时后EtOH/TBI组与其它两组比较有明显的脑灌注压(CPP)下降及呼吸抑制、通气障碍、二氧化碳分压
Alcohol intake increases the risk of accidents and brain damage. Data show that 50% of adult brain injury in patients with pre-injury history of drinking. Previous studies have focused on neuropathology, behavior and mortality. This study focuses on the impact of respiratory function. EtOH and EtOH / TBI were used in experimental pigs with TBI brain injury plus ethanol intake group. Animals were light-moderately alcoholic when they suffered brain-hydraulic damage. After 3 hours of brain injury, EtOH / TBI group showed significant decrease of cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) and respiratory depression, ventilatory disturbance and partial pressure of carbon dioxide compared with the other two groups
