伴随着我国社会主义体制的日益完善,各个企业、事业单位也不断地进行内部的调整,精简人员。通过企业、事业单位内部竞争的方式使更具有能力的人凸现出来,从而提高企业、事业单位的竞争力。然而随着深化改革的不断进行,种种的问题也随之出现。例如事业单位对于档案的管理,不断地进行改革却难以适应信息化的今天,众多的事业单位在档案管理这项非常重要的工作上都存在一定的问题。
