树莓是蔷薇科悬钩子属植物,半直立性灌木,我国东北寒冷地区作小浆果果树种植,栽培品种有红树莓、黑树莓、黄树莓、紫树莓、大红树莓、双季树莓等。树莓浆果酸甜适口,营养丰富,含糖5.6—10.7％,含酸0.6—2.1％,鲜食或加工果酱、果酒、果汁都很受人喜欢。栽植分株苗或扦插苗,第2年开始结果,第3年进入盛果期,亩产浆果500—750公斤。成熟期早,在黑龙江省7月上旬即可上市。
