橡皮筋是广大少年儿童,尤其是女学生所喜爱的游戏用具,同时又是体育教学中常用的器具,它对活跃身心,增强体质,提高教学质量起着重要作用。根据多年的实践,我们在教学中常采取下列方法运用橡皮筋进行练习。 1.跑 (1)起跑。解决起跑疾跑时上体逐步抬起,用8根标枪或跳高架分别安插在跑道两侧的起跑线前。从低到高排列,将橡皮筋拉成四根横绳,呈15°的斜面,练习者在斜面下起跑,逐步抬起上体。如图1。
