In the treatment of early breast cancer, although the etiology of the disease is not clear, it is generally considered that the early stage of breast cancer can be permanently cured. Therefore, the study of early intervention with drugs is getting more and more attention of medical workers. Disseminated tumor cells (DTCs) can be transformed into metastatic potential in the bone marrow of patients with early-stage breast cancer. However, zoledronic acid has been shown to inhibit the growth of DTCs and increase the positive rate of negative DTC, thus improving the therapeutic efficiency.
