在仪器和精密机械中经常用到一些齿数为100以上的质数齿轮或蜗轮。用国产滚齿机加工这类齿轮的方法不少文献早有介绍,但某些国外生产的滚齿机,如瑞士的MIK-RON102和122,日本的H-102B,西德的KOEPFER150等机床,由于其差动机构在传动链中的位置不同,通常的方法和公式不能使用。为了扩大这些机床的使用,本文以MIKRON102为例,探讨用这类机床加工大质数齿轮的方法。 102型滚齿机的传动系统如图1所示。该机床的差动机构采用圆柱齿轮,由中心轮到中心轮的传动比为1,由壳体到中心轮的传
