本文在调查研究的基础上,论述了当前我国重型机械行业在用材方面存在的一些问题,参照国外先进经验,并结合我国国情,提出了改变这种落后状况的初步设想,供参考。
Based on the investigation and study, this paper discusses some problems in the current heavy machinery industry in China. With reference to the advanced foreign experience and the actual conditions of our country, this article proposes the preliminary ideas for changing this backward situation for reference.
