一、试验情况 1、试验设备混凝土搅拌用50公斤混凝土搅拌机。试块标养用KTQ——3CH型冷热两用窗式空调器、干湿计控制。加热养护用自制热水养护池。该池用2～4根U型一千瓦绝缘电热棒加热水温,用WM2K-01型控温仪控制水温。该池能保证试件放入水池后15分钟内水温恢复到规定的温度,同时能在试件加热养护期间保证水温变化在±2℃之间。自制加热养护池结构简图如图1。
