在水利、水电工程中,往往必须采用化学灌浆材料来处理一些问题:基础防渗加固、细砂土壤固结、高流速涌水的封堵等。 有些水溶性高聚物已用于化学灌浆,但有毒性。PVA为无毒水溶性高聚物,但直至现在尚未见用于化学灌浆。若能解决PVA的常温交联和凝胶体的耐水性问题,就可将它开发为防渗帷幕灌浆材料。 本文合成钛酸酯配位化合物,用作PVA的常温交联剂。凝胶时间可由儿min——几h;凝胶体的交联度在40—100之间;凝胶体可耐水介质长期浸泡。
In water conservancy and hydropower projects, chemical grouting materials are often used to deal with some problems: foundation seepage prevention and consolidation, consolidation of fine sand and soil, sealing of high velocity gushing water, and the like. Some water-soluble polymers have been used in chemical grouting but toxic. PVA is a non-toxic water-soluble polymer, but until now has not been seen for chemical grouting. If we can solve the problem of PVA at room temperature crosslinking and gel water resistance, it can be developed as impermeable curtain grouting material. In this paper, titanate complex compounds, used as a room temperature crosslinking agent of PVA. The gel time can be from min to several h; the degree of crosslinking of the gel is between 40 and 100; the gel can be soaked in the water-resistant medium for a long time.
