所谓答询报告,就是指上级对某事项有所垂询时本级进行答复所用的一种报告类型。如某单位承办了一次大学生演讲比赛的协作区复赛活动。赛后,有个别参赛院校和参赛学员对公布出来的比赛结果不认可,并将其三点存疑之处向总参军训和兵种部进行了反映。因此,总参军训和兵种部院校教学局就此向该单位进行询问,并要求就复赛的有关情况作出书面报告。故该单位答复如下:关于军校大学生演讲比赛××协作区复赛结果有关情况的报告
