本文通过对国土资源与社会经济发展的关系进行分析， 分别从国土资源的直接产出效益、国土资源的产业关联效益、国土资源对稳定就业以及平衡外汇收支和吸引外资等角度，就国土资源对社会经济的支撑与保证作用进行了论证， 并且从经济发展阶段和区域发展差异的角度， 阐述了现阶段我国的社会经济发展在相当程度上仍然需要依赖国土资源的支撑作用和基础保证作用
Based on the analysis of the relationship between land and resources and socio-economic development, this paper analyzes the relationship between land resources and socio-economic development. From the perspectives of the direct output and benefits of land resources, the industrial-related benefits of land resources, the stable employment of land and resources and the balance of foreign exchange receipts and payments and attracting foreign investment, From the perspectives of economic development stage and regional development difference, this article expounds the fact that our country’s socio-economic development still needs to rely on the supporting function of land resources and the foundation guarantee function to a certain extent
