目的 了解本市医用诊断X射线机及场所防护现状 ,为加强放射卫生监督提供依据。方法 使用FJ -347AX、γ剂量仪和NYL -ⅢA伦琴计测试。结果 小容量X射线机防护性能低于大容量X射线机 ,X射线管头窗口未加铝过滤板或过滤板厚度不够导致部分机器有用线束照射量率超标 ,基层医院X射线机场所条件差 ,机房面积过小。结论 全市医用诊断X射线机总体防护性能较好 ,应加强对基层X射线场所的监督
Objective To understand the current status of medical diagnostic X-ray machines and place protection in the city and provide evidence for strengthening radiation hygiene supervision. Methods The FJ-347AX, gamma dosimeter, and NYL-IIIA roentgenometer tests were used. As a result, the protective performance of small-capacity X-ray machines is lower than that of large-capacity X-ray machines. The thickness of the X-ray tube at the primary hospital is poor, because the X-ray tube is not provided with an insufficient thickness of the aluminum filter plate or the filter plate. The room size is too small. Conclusion The overall protective performance of the medical diagnostic X-ray machine in the city is good, and the supervision of X-ray sites at the primary level should be strengthened.
