急性心肌梗塞伴有典型临床表现和心电图象者仅占心肌梗塞总发病率的70～80%。另一部分急性心肌梗塞病人则缺乏典型的临床表现或心电图特征,容易发生漏误诊,应该提高对不典型急性心肌梗塞的警惕性。常见的不典型心肌梗塞有以下几种临床情况:
