柴油机在长期使用中,会产生各种各样的故障,高压油管损坏便是其中之一。造成油管损坏一般有下列原因: 1.油管与喷油器接头及出油阀紧座的中心轴线在连接处不同心,造成接合锥面不能很好对准契合。这种现象往往是因为调换了新的或不是原配的管子引起的。 2.安装油管时,将一头先契合紧固,再紧另一头,这样容易使后紧的一头契而不合,出现偏差。
