锅炉三大安全附件之一的水位表,亦称液面指示器,对锅炉安全运行起着重要作用。水位表出现假水位而不被查觉,操作者误判断、误操作,就会造成或导致重大事故乃至锅炉爆炸事故。锅炉运行操作者辨认玻璃板(管)上正常的真实水位的依据为:液面清晰并有轻微波动;当升压或关闭主汽阀时,水位稍有下降;当降压或开启主汽阀时,水位稍有上升。
