以 ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定了感冒退热冲剂中连翘酯苷Ａ的含量；连翘酯苷Ａ以冷浸超声法直接用甲醇提取；色谱条件为：ＯＤＳ色谱柱（２５０ｍｍ×４．６ ｍｍ，５μｍ）；甲醇（含１％的四氢呋喃）－水（含０．０１ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾，ｐＨ ３．２）为流动相进行梯度洗脱；柱温室温；检测波长 ３３２ ｎｍ；实验表明本法简便、特异、准确，可用于本制剂的质量控制。
The content of Forsythiaside A in Ganmao Fuli Granules was determined by RP-HPLC. Forsythiaside A was directly extracted by methanol with cold soaking.
