针对扩展挤压和收缩挤压镁合金管材的问题,使用Deform-3D有限元软件,应用正交试验对AZ80镁合金在不同的模具角度、定径带长度、坯料温度、模具温度、挤压速度的条件下进行了静液挤压数值模拟研究。通过分析数值模拟结果,得出了使挤压力最小的最优工艺参数。结果能为镁合金管材静液挤压工艺参数的优化设计提供依据。
