大学生党员的就业有其优越性,但仍存在诸如入党动机不纯、思想觉悟不高、实践操作能力不强、不能发挥带头模范作用等方面的问题,导致大学生党员就业能力下降。借助新时期国家就业政策与社会主义核心价值观等理念来提高大学生党员思想觉悟、端正大学生党员行为,有助于进一步提升大学生党员就业能力。
The employment of college student party members has its advantages. However, there are still some problems such as the motivation to join the party is not pure, the ideological consciousness is not high, the ability to practice operation is not strong and can not give play to the exemplary role of leadership and other aspects, leading to the employment ability of college student party members declining. With the help of the concept of national employment policy and socialist core values in the new era, the ideological consciousness of party members in higher education should be improved and the behavior of party members in university students should be rectified. This will help to further enhance the employability of college student party members.
