对学生加强指导阅览“少年儿童读物”的目的,固然是要帮助他们学好祖国的语言。更重要的是:使他们受到有益书刊的感染和影响,逐步培养他们具有社会主义的政治方向,辩证唯物主义世界观的基础和共产主义道德品质,防止并清除反动、淫秽、荒诞的书刊的毒害。这是我们教育工作者在思想战线上的斗争任务。新的小学教学计划关于语文科教学方面有一段说明:从第三学年起,每两周可划出一节阅读时间,指导阅览“少年儿童读物”。我们认为这一指示非常重要,也非常及时。为了正确执行这一指示,需要我们从摸索中逐步积累经验。现在根据我校情况,试订出如下计划:
The purpose of strengthening guidance for students to read Children’s Books is certainly to help them learn the language of their motherland. What is more important is that they should be infected and influenced by useful books and periodicals, gradually cultivate their foundation with the socialist political orientation and the dialectical materialist world outlook and the moral character of communism, and prevent and eliminate the poisoning of reactionary, obscene and absurd books and periodicals. This is the task of our educators in their struggles on the ideological front. The new primary school teaching plan has a paragraph on Chinese teaching: From the third school year, a reading time can be drawn up every two weeks to guide the reading of Children’s Books. We think this instruction is very important and very timely. In order to correctly implement this directive, we need to gradually accumulate experience from groping. Now based on our school situation, try out the following plans:
