一个令人震惊的集体腐败活样本近日被披露在公众眼前:湖南省耒阳市矿产品税费征收管理办公室,因集体贪腐曝光而被网友称为“史上最肥科级单位”。据了解,在这个小小的科级事业单位里,770多名干部职工中竟有超过百人涉嫌贪污受贿、有55人被立案调查。从主任罗煦龙到8名副主任以及下属各站点的站长、班长,各层级干部几乎“全军覆没”。
