肝脏是摄取和降解透明质酸(Hyaluronic Acid,HA)的主要场所。血清HA水平是判断肝病严重程度、鉴别有无肝硬化和预测肝病发展趋势的有价值的指标。我们应用放射免疫测定法(RIA)检测血清HA,观察了45例肝细胞肝癌(HCC)手术患者的血清HA含量变化,并分析其在肝癌诊断中的价值。
The liver is the main site for uptake and degradation of hyaluronic acid (HA). Serum HA level is a valuable indicator for judging the severity of liver disease, identifying liver cirrhosis, and predicting the development trend of liver disease. We used radioimmunoassay (RIA) to detect serum HA and observed changes in serum HA levels in 45 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) surgery, and analyzed their value in the diagnosis of liver cancer.
