目的研究2004~2007年杭州市O139群霍乱弧菌毒力基因携带情况及其药物敏感性。方法分别采用PCR法和K-B法,检测分离得到的93株O139群霍乱弧菌株携带ctxA、tcpA毒力基因,并测定对12种常用抗生素的耐药性。结果所检菌株中,91.40%的菌株携带ctxA、tcpA毒力基因。所有菌株均对丁胺卡那和环丙沙星敏感,而对氨苄青霉素耐药率最高,并且携带毒力基因的菌株耐药率均高于未携带毒力基因菌株。结论携带ctxA、tcpA毒力基因的O139群霍乱弧菌致病性与耐药性更强,提示多重耐药现象与毒力基因相关。
Objective To study the virulence genes of Vibrio cholera O139 in Hangzhou City from 2004 to 2007 and their drug sensitivity. Methods Ninety-three isolates of V. cholerae O139 strains carrying ctxA and tcpA virulence genes were detected by PCR and K-B method, respectively. The resistance to 12 commonly used antibiotics was determined. Results Among the tested strains, 91.40% strains carried ctxA and tcpA virulence genes. All strains were sensitive to amikacin and ciprofloxacin, but had the highest resistance rate to ampicillin, and the strains with virulence genes were higher than those without virulence genes. Conclusion The virulence and virulence of Vibrio cholerae O139 carrying ctxA and tcpA virulence genes are stronger, suggesting that multidrug resistance is associated with virulence genes.
