改革开放的20年,我国通信领域发生了翻天覆地的变化。电话已普及到千家万户,人们对通信的需求也从传统的电话、电报发展到数据、图像和各种电信新业务。随着计算机技术在通信网中的广泛应用,各种电信新业务伴随着新技术的发展而不断涌现。20世纪80年代,美国800号业务的产生,标志着智能业务的最早出现。90年代智能网的崛起,无疑是继程控交换之后的又一场网络革命。智能网的诞生,使快速、方便、经济、灵活地提供丰富多样的电信新业务成为现实。
In the 20 years since the reform and opening up, tremendous changes have taken place in the communications field in our country. Telephone has spread to every household, people’s demand for communication from the traditional telephone, telegraph development to data, images and a variety of new telecommunications business. With the widespread application of computer technology in communication networks, various new telecommunication services are emerging along with the development of new technologies. In the 1980s, the emergence of the U.S. 800 business marked the earliest emergence of the smart business. The rise of the 90’s intelligent network is undoubtedly another cyber revolution after the program-controlled exchange. The birth of the intelligent network makes it fast and easy, economical and flexible to provide a rich and varied new telecommunications business.
