在构成学生英语自主学习复杂系统的多种因素中,教师起着关键的作用。教师的课堂语言、教学内容、教学设计、提问方式和对学生的评价等都直接影响学生的学习动机、学习策略和对学习内容的选择。教师能力和素质的提高以及课堂行为的优化,对学生自主学习复杂系统中的多种因素有重要而积极的影响,有助于最终改善学生英语自主学习的效果。
Among the many factors that make up the complex system of student autonomous learning in English, teachers play a key role. Teachers ’classroom language, teaching content, teaching design, questioning methods and evaluation of students all have a direct impact on students’ motivation, learning strategies and choice of learning content. The improvement of teachers’ abilities and qualities as well as the optimization of classroom behaviors have an important and positive impact on many factors in students’ autonomous learning of complex systems, which will ultimately help to improve students’ autonomous English learning.
