采用金相显微镜和电子探针对对冷弯开裂的1E0170钢板进行了分析,结果表明:在该开裂钢板的板厚1/2和1/4区域,存在P、S、Mn等元素偏析,并观察到白亮偏析条带和较多聚集分布的层状夹杂物。经分析认为,P元素偏析导致钢板中白亮偏析条带的产生,降低了钢板的塑性和韧性,同时聚集分布的层状夹杂物破坏了钢板基体的连续性。在弯曲应力下,二者共同作用引起裂纹产生并扩展,最终导致钢板开裂。
The microstructure of 1E0170 steel with cold-formed cracking was analyzed by metallographic microscope and electron probe. The results show that P, S, Mn and other elements segregated in the plate thickness 1/2 and 1/4 of the cracked steel White bright segregation bands and more aggregated distribution of layered inclusions were observed. The analysis shows that the segregation of P element leads to the generation of white bright segregation strip in the steel plate, which reduces the plasticity and toughness of the steel plate. Meanwhile, the layered inclusions accumulated and disrupted the continuity of the steel plate matrix. Under bending stress, the two act together to cause the crack to develop and expand, eventually leading to cracking of the steel plate.
