The history of mathematical statistics has more than 100 years. The beginning of the development of mathematical statistics did not involve experimental design issues, when it is mainly used to organize data, calculation errors and curve with respect. Older statistical books did not split the experimental design into another, so it is not a long time to apply mathematical statistics in experimental settings. The application of mathematical statistics in experimental design brings a lot of convenience to the experimenter.
