近几年来,代料香菇在全省发展较快,产量虽成倍增加,但质量却不尽人意,在国际市场上缺乏竞争力,直接影响了菇农种菇积极性。为了解决这个问题,我所从1992年开始筛选花菇品种和培育花菇技术研究,现将其技术简报如下: (一)栽培季节安排 代料栽培花菇一般采用中温型和中温偏低温型品种,如9305、9396、9335、939、9015、9135等菌株,菌丝在适温条件下培养160~200天达生理成熟,一般按常规选在3~4月份制袋,低海拔制袋接种可以适当推迟15~20天,如不同品种和菌龄的栽培时间安排,菌丝生长发育期间要用铁钉扎孔供氧,菌丝正常生长发育阶段,同时加强菌筒越夏管理,防止高温“烧菌”。正常是以最适宜出菇期在(9月下旬至10月中旬)扣去菌龄天数为最适宜生产期。
