一、普通蜗杆车刀的缺陷在车床上加工多头蜗杆,大多采用普通条形蜗杆车刀,在批量生产中暴露出两个缺陷。1、难以保证螺距精度在加工多头蜗杆时,尽管采用比较先进的分头方法和精密的测量仪器,但由于操作者的熟练程度及机床精度等因素,螺距精度很不稳定,容易超差。2、加工效率低当加工好蜗杆的一个头时,必须进行分头,然后再加工第二个头,这样消耗的辅助时间和实际切削时间成倍增加。
