已知AFB_1为原发性肝癌重要病因之一。AFB_1引起肝癌可能有二个途径,一是直接地诱导细胞突变,另一是通过降低机体免疫系统的功能。AFB_1对免疫系统的影响,近十几年来陆续有报导。已证实能明显抑制氚——胸腺嘧啶渗入淋巴细胞,所用的浓度比过去所报导的任何免疫抑制剂要小的多,提示它是一种极强的免疫抑制剂。在实验动物的研究中,AFB_1对体液免疫的影响结果不一致,有的作者报导能抑制蛋白合成和抗体产生,相反有些结果显示,对鸡、火鸡的抗体形成无抑制作用。Tung(1975)的
It is known that AFB_1 is one of the important causes of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. There are two possible pathways for AFB_1 to cause liver cancer. One is to directly induce cell mutation and the other is to reduce the function of the immune system. The impact of AFB_1 on the immune system has been reported over the past decade. It has been shown to significantly inhibit the invasion of lymphocytes by thymidine, which is used at a lower concentration than any of the immunosuppressants reported in the past, suggesting that it is an extremely strong immunosuppressive agent. In the study of experimental animals, the results of AFB 1 on humoral immunity were inconsistent. Some authors reported that they could inhibit protein synthesis and antibody production. On the contrary, some results showed that there was no inhibitory effect on the formation of antibodies in chickens and turkeys. Tung (1975)
