本文报告27例限局性尤文氏肉瘤,均经组织学证实,并分二组治疗即单纯放疗组13例,综合治疗组(包括放化疗)14例。单纯放疗组主要用~(60)钴治疗,治疗野包括病骨及周围软组织。肿瘤剂量为40～55Gy,每周10Gy。单纯放疗组13例中有9例(69.2%),其无病生存期为3～30个月,中位数10.4个月。2/13例(15.4%)有局部复发,4/13例(30.8%)有残存病灶,6/13例(46%)有肺转移,1例骨转移(7.7%)。综合治疗组中7例口服环磷酰胺3～6疗程,总剂量为5～9克。2例予环磷酰胺静注,每二周一次,剂
This article reports 27 cases of localized Ewing’s sarcoma, all confirmed by histology, and divided into two groups: 13 cases of radiotherapy alone, and 14 cases of comprehensive treatment (including radiotherapy and chemotherapy). The radiotherapy group was mainly treated with ~(60) cobalt. The treatment field included diseased bone and surrounding soft tissue. The tumor dose was 40-55 Gy, 10 Gy per week. Nine out of 13 cases (69.2%) in the radiotherapy alone group had a disease-free survival of 3 to 30 months with a median of 10.4 months. 2/13 patients (15.4%) had local recurrences, 4/13 (30.8%) had residual lesions, 6/13 (46%) had lung metastases, and 1 had bone metastases (7.7%). In the comprehensive treatment group, 7 patients were treated with cyclophosphamide 3 to 6 times in a total dose of 5 to 9 grams. Two cases of cyclophosphamide intravenous injection once every two weeks
