药是医务人员治疗疾病的主要手段。但有不少临床医生只注意每种药物的药理作用,而对药物的理化特性,特别是对多种药物联合使用时相互作用关系却重视不够,结果或致药效降低,或致药物浪费,甚至增加了毒副反应,导致某些医源性疾病发生。就忻州地区人民医院门诊处方559张和住院处方1417张初步分析,不合理用药处方即有112张,占抽查处方总数的5.7%。概括起来有七个方面的问
