目的探讨ProTaper机用镍钛锉预备老年磨牙根管的临床效果。方法选取需要做根管治疗的老年恒牙患者200颗,随机分为两组,每组100颗牙。观察组(A组)用ProTaper机用镍钛锉预备根管,对照组(B组)用G钻+不锈钢K型锉预备根管。比较两组根管预备所需时间和根管预备后的疼痛反应程度。结果A组预备1个根管所需时间少于B组[(240.86±6.21)s vs.(655.28±8.23)s](P<0.01);A组根管预备后疼痛发生率低于B组(4.0%vs.23.0%)(P<0.01)。结论 ProTaper机用镍钛锉在老年磨牙根管预备中,省时省力,根管预备后疼痛发生率明显降低,具有良好的成形能力和根管清理效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ProTaper machine nickel-titanium file in preparation of geriatric molar root canal. Methods 200 elderly patients with root canal who needed root canal therapy were randomly divided into two groups of 100 teeth. The observation group (group A) was prepared with a ProTaper nickel-titanium file and the control group (group B) with a G-diamond plus a stainless steel K-file. The time required for root canal preparation and the degree of pain response after root canal preparation were compared between the two groups. Results The time required to prepare one root canal in group A was less than that in group B [(240.86 ± 6.21) s vs. (655.28 ± 8.23) s] (P <0.01). The pain rate after root canal preparation in group A was lower than that in group B (4.0% vs.23.0%) (P <0.01). Conclusion ProTaper machine nickel-titanium file in the elderly molar root canal preparation, saving time and effort, the incidence of post-root canal pain was significantly reduced, with good forming ability and root canal cleaning effect.
