采用成年家兔6只,将0.4mg的HRP涂于左侧腓浅神经近侧断端内,对躯体传入和传出纤维来源性节段分布进行了观察,结果显示同侧L7~S3脊髓灰质腹角外侧部和相应的脊神经节内出现了阳性标记细胞,其中以S1~2节段所含的标记细胞最多,S3次之,L7最少。L7、S1~3脊神经节内也出现了大量的标记细胞,表明家兔腓浅神经躯体传入和传出纤维主要来源下位腰髓和上位骶髓腹角外侧部及相应节段的脊神经节,并呈明显的节段性分布。
