加强领导力和执行力建设是保证企业转型升级,发展战略“落地”的重要抓手,也是保障企业持续健康科学发展的关键所在。提升企业的领导力和执行力,需要从推进制度供给侧改革,促进制度建设与企业发展战略相匹配,锻造领导干部能力,促进各级管理者担负起带头示范和履职担当作用等方面着手。
Strengthening leadership and implementation of the executive force is an important starting point for ensuring the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, developing strategies and “landing”, and is also the key to ensuring the sustained and healthy development of enterprises. To enhance the leadership and execution ability of enterprises, we should start with pushing forward the supply-side reform of the system, promoting the matching between system construction and enterprise development strategy, forging the capabilities of leading cadres and promoting the role of managers at all levels in taking the lead and performance of duties.
