1996年过去了,有些经济理论问题没有得到解决,遗留给新年探讨。这里就其中三个问题发表点见解。国有企业改革非同小可,关系到社会主义制度的基石和工人阶级的归宿,应当加快完成。不同性质的企业面对的是同一市场,市场经济是竞争经济,只认竞争是唯一权威。企业的经营管理方式实质是竞争方式,市场上竞争的成败早在企业内部就注定了。因此,国有企业必须采取私有企业的经营管理方式,叫国有企业私营方式。
In 1996, some economic theoretical problems have not been solved and are left for discussion on the New Year. Here are some of the three questions published opinions. The reform of state-owned enterprises is a trifling matter. The cornerstone of the socialist system and the return of the working class should be expedited. Different types of enterprises are facing the same market, the market economy is competitive economy, just recognize that competition is the only authority. The mode of operation and management of enterprises is essentially a competition mode, and the success or failure of competition in the market is doomed early in the enterprise. Therefore, state-owned enterprises must adopt the management and operation mode of private-owned enterprises and call them private-owned ones.
