目的:探讨参姜锁阳益气片对高寒地区运动性疲劳人群的抗疲劳作用与血液流变学、血细胞分析指标改变的关系。方法:在黑河地区冬季-30℃的低温下,随机挑选120名健康运动员,分为试验组与对照组,每组60例。运动前各组抽取早餐前静脉血10 mL进行血液流变学与血细胞分析指标的检查,将试验组与对照组人员暴露在高寒环境中进行大强度长时间训练以建立运动性疲劳模型,运动结束后即刻抽取静脉血10 mL进行相同血液指标的检测,同时开始服药,试验组服用参姜锁阳益气片,对照组服用酵母片,持续服药14 d,在停药当天重复建立运动性疲劳模型并进行相同血液指标的检测。结果:与对照组相比,全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞和血红蛋白均有显著下降(P<0.05),血细胞压积未见明显改变。结论:参姜锁阳益气片能提高人体耐寒、抗缺氧能力,具有抗运动性疲劳的作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the anti-fatigue effects of Ginger Seyang Yiqi Tablet on exercise-induced fatigue in high-cold area and the changes of hemorheology and blood cell analysis indexes. Methods: 120 healthy athletes were randomly selected in winter at -30°C in Heihe area and divided into experimental group and control group, 60 in each group. Before exercise, each group took 10 mL of venous blood before breakfast for examination of hemorheology and blood cell analysis indicators. The experimental group and control group were exposed to the high-cold environment for long-term training to establish an exercise fatigue model. Immediately after extraction, 10 mL of venous blood was taken for the same blood test. At the same time, medication was started. The test group took Ginseng syangyangyiqi tablets, the control group took yeast tablets, and continued to take medicine for 14 days. Repeatedly established a sports fatigue model on the day of discontinuation and performed The same blood test. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformability index, red blood cell rigidity index, red blood cells, and hemoglobin all decreased significantly (P<0.05), and hematocrit did not change significantly. Conclusion: Ginger syangyangyiqi tablets can improve the cold-resistance and anti-anoxia ability of human body and have anti-athletic fatigue effect.
