近年来介入栓塞治疗在临床医学中发挥着越来越重要的作用。微球是介入栓塞治疗中最常用的栓塞材料之一。目前用于临床的栓塞微球基本上都能够透过X线,即在X线下不显影。为提高栓塞治疗的效果和便利性,人们做了大量不透X线栓塞微球的研究,但作者未见综述报道。本文总结归纳了多种不透X线微球的制备方法及特点,介绍了对不透X线微球的主要评价方法——动物体内栓塞效果和X线下显影效果以及生物相容性评价,为此类微球的研制和评价提供了参考。
In recent years, interventional embolization plays an increasingly important role in clinical medicine. Microspheres are one of the most commonly used embolic materials involved in embolization. Currently used for clinical embolic microspheres are basically through the X-ray, that is not under X-ray imaging. In order to improve the curative effect and convenience of embolization, a large number of studies on radiopaque microspheres have been done, but the authors have not reported. This paper summarizes the preparation methods and characteristics of a variety of opaque X-ray microspheres, introduces the main evaluation methods of the opaque X-ray microspheres - the embolization effect in vivo and X-ray imaging and biocompatibility evaluation, It provides a reference for the development and evaluation of such microspheres.
