目的分析多发性骨髓瘤临床表现及实验室指标对预后影响。方法回顾性分析28例多发性骨髓瘤患者初诊时临床及实验室指标,以Log-rank检验作单因素生存分析,将筛选出相对有意义指标利用Cox回归进行多因素分析;采用Kaplan-Meier作图法估计有意义指标与生存率的关系。结果本组患者失访1例,7例存活,20例死亡,中位生存期14个月;单因素分析结果显示乳酸脱氢酶、C反应蛋白水平、骨髓涂片检出原浆细胞与预后相关,血红蛋白水平较高者生存率高于低水平患者,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳酸脱氢酶水平、骨髓涂片检出原浆细胞等与预后相关。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of multiple myeloma and laboratory parameters on the prognosis. Methods The clinical and laboratory parameters of 28 patients with multiple myeloma at the first visit were retrospectively analyzed. Logistic-rank test was used to analyze univariate survival analysis. Cox regression was used for multivariate analysis of relative significance. Kaplan-Meier Graph method to estimate the relationship between meaningful index and survival rate. Results In this group, 1 patient was lost to follow-up, 7 survived and 20 died. The median survival time was 14 months. The results of univariate analysis showed that lactate dehydrogenase and C-reactive protein levels were detected in bone marrow smears of plasma cells and prognosis Correlation, the higher the survival rate of hemoglobin is higher than the low level patients, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Lactate dehydrogenase level, bone marrow smear detection of plasma cells and prognosis.
