笔者分别选取在美上市和在国内上市的光伏企业为样本,运用事件分析法分析了我国政府2009年颁布的光伏产业扶持政策对公司市场价值的影响。文中选择“金太阳工程”这一事件作为研究对象,通过对该事件发生作用的事件窗口内“异常波动”来衡量事件的影响作用。结果表明:光伏产业扶持政策的颁布,给在美上市的光伏企业市场价值带来了正向影响,但并未给在国内上市的光伏企业带来正向影响。
The author selects the PV companies listed in the United States and listed in the domestic market respectively as samples, and analyzes the impact of PV industry support policies promulgated by the Chinese government in 2009 on the market value of the company by using incident analysis method. In this article, we select “Golden Sun Project” as the research object, and measure the influence of the incident through the “abnormal fluctuation” in the event window that the event plays an important role. The results show that the promulgation of photovoltaic industry support policies has a positive impact on the market value of PV companies listed in the United States, but has not brought positive impact on the domestic PV enterprises listed.
