目的评价宫颈细胞学涂片联合B超及子宫内膜病理表现在子宫内膜病变中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2005-12-2010-01在邢台市第三医院门诊就诊的绝经5 a以上并同时有宫颈刮片、B超及子宫内膜病理的270例病例。结果宫颈刮片中底层细胞在40%以下者,B超显示子宫内膜厚度在5 mm以上的占96.3%,子宫内膜腺体有不同程度增生的占90.1%。结论宫颈细胞刮片联合B超检查能早期筛查子宫内膜癌。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of cervical cytology smears combined with B ultrasound and endometrial pathology in endometrial lesions. Methods A retrospective analysis of 270 cases of cervical smear, B ultrasound and endometrial pathology was performed in the clinic of No. 3 Hospital of Xingtai City from December 2005 to December 2010. Results The number of basal cells in the cervical smears was less than 40%. The B-ultrasound showed that the endometrial thickness was above 5 mm, accounting for 96.3%. The degree of endometrial gland hyperplasia was 90.1%. Conclusion Cervical suture combined with B-ultrasound screening for early screening of endometrial cancer.
