目的探讨三维能量多普勒血管成像及其定量参数在小乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法本组患者术前采用VOCAL软件对图像进行分析,获取三维能量直方图:平均灰阶值(MG)、血流血管指数(VFI)、平均能量值(MP)、血管指数(R),并绘制受试者操作特性(ROC)曲线,寻找最佳诊断范围。结果 MP、R、VFI小乳腺癌两者间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MP、R、VFI诊断临界参考范围分别为23.0~25.0、0.06~0.08、1.0~1.4,ROC曲线下面积分别为89.4%、88.1%、90.6%。结论 3D-CPA及其定量参数MP、R、VFI在鉴别良恶性小结节间具有统计学意义,有助于提高小乳腺癌的诊断准确度。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional energy Doppler angiography and its quantitative parameters in the diagnosis of small breast cancer. Methods The patients were preoperatively analyzed by VOCAL software to obtain three-dimensional energy histogram: MG, VFI, MP, V and Draw the ROC curves to find the best diagnostic range. Results The differences between MP, R and VFI breast cancer were statistically significant (P <0.05). The critical reference ranges of MP, R and VFI were 23.0 ~ 25.0,0.06 ~ 0.08 and 1.0 ~ 1.4, respectively. The areas under ROC curve were 89.4%, 88.1% and 90.6% respectively. Conclusion 3D-CPA and its quantitative parameters MP, R and VFI have statistical significance in differentiating benign and malignant small nodules, which is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of small breast cancer.
