目的探讨金水宝胶囊对自身免疫性甲状腺炎的治疗效果。方法对72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用金水宝胶囊。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用雷公藤多甙。结果治疗组TGAb、TMAb明显下降,差异显著(P<0.001)。对照组TGAb、TMAb无明显下降,无差异(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论自身免疫性甲状腺炎应用金水宝治疗有一定的疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jinshuibao capsule on autoimmune thyroiditis. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the use of Jinshuibao capsules. The control group on the basis of conventional treatment plus Tripterygium glycosides. Results The TGAb and TMAb in treatment group decreased significantly (P <0.001). TGAb and TMAb in the control group showed no significant difference (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of Jinshuibao treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis has a certain effect.
