本文叙述了通过高频热拉涂方法研制涂钛钨丝工艺。试验证明该方法经济效果好、效率高。在研制涂钛钨丝的同时也研制了涂钛钼丝的加涂工艺,两种工艺基本相似。该试验在1700℃—2000℃温度范围内进行,拉涂速度为20—30米/分,氩气流保护,钨丝φ20微米至φ100微米,钼丝φ75微米至φ250微米,涂层厚度由2微米至十几微米。丝长可达数百米。
