职业教育的发展,中职生数量的增加以及中职生特点,决定了中职学校培养、培训学生干部的重要性,学生干部在学生管理教育体系中有着不可替代的作用与优势;但有些学生干部的素质不高,存在着这样或那样的问题,其原因一是先天不足,二是后天培训管理不够,因此,要加大对中职学生干部的培训,教育他们提高个素质,学会具体工作方法,是中职学校学生管理教育的重要环节。
